 Edudrona was built to solve a problem most tutoring platforms overlook: matching a student not just to a tutor, but to the right tutor, one who understands their board, their grade level, and where they're genuinely struggling.

We work with students following the CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and State Board curricula, across India and the UAE, from foundational grades through board-exam and competitive-exam years like NEET.

We started Edudrona because we felt that learning had become too impersonal.

A lot of students have the same problem. They sit in a class, understand some things, miss some things, and are often too hesitant to stop the teacher and ask. Parents, meanwhile, spend a lot of time trying to find someone who can actually understand their child and teach them in a way that works for them.

We wanted to make that simpler.

The idea behind Edudrona was to give students access to a teacher who can focus on them, not on a classroom full of students. Someone who can slow down when a concept isn't clear, explain it differently when needed, and give the student the confidence to ask questions without feeling uncomfortable.

We didn't start Edudrona because we thought education needed another fancy platform. We started it because we believed that sometimes, having the right teacher at the right time can change the way a student feels about learning.

That's what we're trying to build at Edudrona, one student at a time.

Edudrona was started by a small group of people who genuinely care about education and the difference a good teacher can make.

We come from different backgrounds, but we had one thing in common: we kept seeing students who were capable of doing much better, but simply weren't getting the attention or guidance they needed.

So we decided to build something ourselves.

Behind Edudrona is a team of educators, mentors, and people who work on the less visible side of education every day. From finding the right tutors to making sure classes run smoothly, we’re involved in the details because we know that for a student, even a small thing can make a big difference.

We’re not trying to build the biggest tuition platform in the world.

We’re trying to build one that parents can trust and students actually enjoy learning with.

And honestly, we're still learning too. Every student, parent, and tutor teaches us something that helps us make Edudrona a little better than it was yesterday.

Curriculum-first matching

Every tutor is mapped to specific boards and grade levels, not treated as a generalist. A Class 12 Chemistry tutor for CBSE isn't assumed to be equally equipped for IB Chemistry, the syllabi, assessment styles, and pacing differ, and we match accordingly.

Real progress tracking

Student progress is measured weekly, you will get an update about how your kid is doing and where he/she lacks. Session recordings are also available.

Direct access to counsellors, not just tutors

If something isn't working — pace, teaching style, scheduling, our academic counsellors step in, not a support ticket queue.

Starting Edudrona has taught us a lot that we probably wouldn't have understood from a business plan.

We've learned that finding a good tutor isn't just about knowing the subject. The right teacher has to understand the student, their pace, their questions, and sometimes even their bad days.

We've learned that every student learns differently. Some need things explained three times. Some understand quickly but struggle to ask questions. Some just need someone to believe they can do it.

We've also learned that parents aren't simply looking for better marks. They want to know that their child is actually understanding what they're studying and becoming more confident along the way.

And perhaps the biggest thing we've learned is that education is built on trust. A parent is trusting us with their child's time, a student is trusting a teacher to help them, and a tutor is trusting us to create the right environment for them to teach.

We're still figuring things out. We make mistakes, listen, change things, and keep going.

That's probably the most important lesson we've learned so far: building something meaningful takes time, and there's always more to learn.
