EduDrona – Terms and Conditions for Online Tuition Services

By enrolling in EduDrona’s online tuition services, you (“the student” or “parent/guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Communication Policy

  • All communication regarding classes, schedules, issues, or feedback must go through EduDrona or its appointed coordinators.
  • Direct contact with tutors is strictly prohibited at any point during the course. Violation of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund.
  • 2. Tutor Assignment and Change Policy

  • The tutor selected after the demo session will remain assigned throughout the full course duration and syllabus completion.
  • No change of tutor will be entertained as the decision is made post-demo with mutual agreement and feedback.
  • In rare circumstances, if a change is required from the parent’s end, a formal written request with a valid reason must be emailed to EduDrona. Approval is subject to availability and management discretion.
  • 3. Tutor Feedback and Support

  • Regular feedback from parents and students is essential to maintaining service quality.
  • If no dissatisfaction is communicated in a timely manner, EduDrona will assume that the service is satisfactory and feedback is considered positive.
  • 4. Fee and Refund Policy

  • All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If a parent or student chooses to discontinue services, any remaining classes can be adjusted with a different subject or tutor of equivalent value within EduDrona's offerings, subject to availability and approval.
  • 5. Class Schedule and Attendance

  • The class schedule is finalized before enrollment.
  • If a student misses a class without prior intimation, the session will be marked as completed and will not be rescheduled.
  • Requests for rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be considered.
  • 6. Class Emergency Cancellations

  • EduDrona allows up to two emergency class cancellations or reschedules per month without prior notice. These are subject to review and decision by management.
  • 7. Class Duration

  • Each class session is of one hour duration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • 8. Technical and Tutor Availability Issues

  • If a class is missed due to technical issues or tutor unavailability, a makeup class will be arranged at the earliest convenience.
  • 9. Use of EduDrona Resources

  • All study materials, class recordings, and content are the intellectual property of EduDrona.
  • Materials are provided for personal academic use only and may not be shared, copied, or used commercially.
  • 10. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior during all sessions.
  • Misconduct may result in disciplinary action or termination of services.
